LITIGATION ASSISTANT

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my clients busy Litigation department.

The Role & Responsibilities;

  • Assisting the fee earners with day-to-day task and meeting deadlines
  • Registering court documents
  • Prepare correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of hard and soft files.
  • Liaising and meeting with clients.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, letter typing, filing and general support duties.
  • Using our case management system
  • Manage diary’s, book meeting rooms, prepare mail, arrange copying/scanning, alongside a whole host of admin duties

Person Specification:

  • The successful candidate will have Litigation experience within a Solicitors firm.
  • This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts
  • Commitment to providing excellent client care
  • Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
  • Team-focus with a flexible "can do" and collaborative approach to working with others, but also able to work alone.
