A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my clients busy Litigation department.
The Role & Responsibilities;
- Assisting the fee earners with day-to-day task and meeting deadlines
- Registering court documents
- Prepare correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of hard and soft files.
- Liaising and meeting with clients.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, letter typing, filing and general support duties.
- Using our case management system
- Manage diary’s, book meeting rooms, prepare mail, arrange copying/scanning, alongside a whole host of admin duties
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate will have Litigation experience within a Solicitors firm.
- This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts
- Commitment to providing excellent client care
- Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Team-focus with a flexible "can do" and collaborative approach to working with others, but also able to work alone.
