LITIGATION ASSISTANT – MATERNITY COVER 12-MONTHS CONTRACT, 1+ YEARS EXP, WEST MIDLANDS, £22,000 - £24,000, ON-SITE. A great opportunity for a litigation assistant to join a well-established and friendly law firm specialising in multiple areas of law in West Midlands. JOB REF: 5620

OVERVIEW:
• The suitable applicant will be expected to support a Litigation Solicitor to ensure efficiency.
• You will be also expected to be familiar with case management systems and use them effectively to prepare correspondences.
• You will be making and answering calls as well as attending to clients in person and via telephone.
• The candidate is expected to have worked in Litigation department previously from which they would have gained knowledge and experience.
• Have previous experience with administering filing systems, including filing, opening, closing, storing and retrieving of client files.
• Have the ability to carry out ID checks and undertake searches and similar work on files.
• Drafting and chasing bills
• Carry out other general administrative duties and responsibilities.
