Lighting Designer

£32,000 to £37,000 plus benefits 

Our client is a thri ving manufacturing company based in Swavesey (near Cambridge) They are looking for an experienced Lighting Designer. Their innovative products are in high demand due to their nearly limitless customisation and application in commercial and industrial buildings.

They want you to bring your lighting design experience and bold ideas into current projects.

Based at their office, you'll work closely with the sales team, producing lighting design packages using product IES data files in Relux software. Then, you will work from concept to technical design and provide remote support on commissioning and completion.

Beyond a great sense of pride in your work, you'll love their fun and friendly team, many of whom have been there for years.

Key skills for the Lighting Designer 

  • Experience in lighting design of industrial and commercial premises using lighting IES data files in Relux
  • Professional lighting qualification and membership held or ability to obtain
  • Able to use lighting design and calculation tools: Relux, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
  • Results drive and motivated, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively within a team.

  • £32,000 basic salary
