Light Assembly Operative

Rugby (Central Park)

0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230 Mon - Fri (training on days for 2 weeks)

£13.31 p/hour (including shift allowance)

Full Time - Long Term Agency

THIS IS A CLEAN ROOM ROLE - YOU NEED TO WEAR OVERCOATS AND HAIR COVERING.

A light assembly operative is needed to work in delicate production role at a company producing ceramic products for the MOD, aerospace, and automotive sectors.

This is a role working within a clean room environment where you use microscopes, tweezers, grabbers and apply chemicals to ceramics products.

Training on the machine will be provided; however, it is important that you have previous experience in light manufacturing role, are confident with delicate tasks, possess a keen eye for detail, and can commit to the rotating shift pattern without issue.

Some of the products are extremely small and very high value so you need to be dexterous and as it's a clean room environment, you will need to grow up lad coats and hair nets.

If you are unable to work the shift pattern, applying is probably not worthwhile.

In return for your diligent work, this role offers you:

  • £13.31 p/hour (including a £1.61 shift allowance)
  • 37 hours paid per week.
  • Weekly payment via SolviT Recruitment
  • Regular overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
  • Long-term employment opportunities.
  • Ample support from a dedicated production manager.
