Our client is a successful non advice insurance broker with offices in Farnborough. They have a highly productive sales force with average earnings well above industry expectations.

As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to appoint an experienced telephone-based life & protection consultant to work from home on a self-employed basis.

The person we are looking for will be looking to take the next step in developing their own business within the life and protection market and will have a mindset of a business person rather than an employee.

This opportunity will suit someone who is looking for the freedom to truly run and develop their own business whilst benefiting from comprehensive support to enable them to take their business and earnings to the next level. This support includes access to quality day one leads.

Presently the average conversion from lead to sale exceeds 30%

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success in converting day one warm leads into quality business.

The two most important things are a demonstrable track record of success with phone-based protection sales and a desire to earn £60,000 + pa.
