Library Assistant – Ongoing Temp – Site Based Kings Cross - £13.15 per hour

One of the worlds largest library’s is seeking a Library Assistant to support them on a temporary basis.

This is an ongoing temporary role to start ASAP (dependant on checks) and will pay £13.15 per hour.

The role will involve working on site 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday.

Working hours 11am to 7pm.

The Library Assistant will be based in the library’s basement, where their collections are stored. The Library Assistant will deliver exceptional levels of customer service through the provision of access to the collections to Readers in the reading rooms. They will also maintain storage areas, support with moves, adhering to preservation requirements.

The ideal Library Assistant will have excellent customer service skills, be physically able and flexible to undertake a range of tasks.
