Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring individual to make a real difference in the life of a Year 4 child with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

About the Role:

• Working 1:1 with a child with an EHCP to support their learning and development in line with their individual needs.
• Collaborating with the class teacher to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
• Providing pastoral care and emotional support within the classroom environment.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

About You:

• Qualified Level 4 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) with experience working with children with EHCPs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to inclusion.
• Patience, flexibility and a positive attitude.
