Tradewind is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in the heart of Droylsden.

Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) class, supporting the development and learning journey of young learners. Your role will involve assisting the class teacher, providing one-on-one support to pupils, and contributing to the creation of a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support individual pupils with their academic progress and personal development
  • Assist in the preparation of resources and activities tailored to the EYFS curriculum
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning community

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a primary school setting, particularly within the EYFS
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering children's learning and well-being
