Job Description:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Oldham, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Your responsibilities will include:
Classroom Support: Aiding the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Individualized Support: Offering one-on-one or small group support to students with varying educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential.

Behaviour Management: Assisting in maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies.

Resource Preparation: Preparing and organizing teaching materials, helping to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment.

Assessment Support: Assisting with the assessment and tracking of student progress, helping to identify areas where additional support may be needed.

Parent and Teacher Collaboration: Communicating with parents and teachers, attending meetings, and contributing to the overall educational experience.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms in a primary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to the welfare and educational progress of children.
A positive and proactive attitude.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.

All offers are conditional upon satisfactory checks.
