Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Oldham, OL9. The successful candidate will provide valuable support to teachers, help facilitate learning, and contribute to the overall well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering effective learning experiences
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour
• Help prepare learning materials and resources
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher
• Support students with their emotional and social development

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
• Previous experience working in a similar role within a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning
