We are recruiting for a Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Gateshead rated Outstanding in their last OFSTED inspection to work on a long-term basis starting prior to the Easter holidays!

Your role & responsibilities:

Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Non-negotiables:

Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
Must possess Level 3 or above Teaching Assistant Qualification
Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
