Key Responsibilities:

· Model best practices in line with regulatory guidelines

· Collaborate with your team to create a shared vision for the room.

· Welcome and support new team members

· Support the development of all children, keeping up to date reports and observations.

· Plan and promote a learning environment to include all children.

Qualifications and Skills:

Only candidates living in Cambridgeshire and holding the relevant qualifications and experience will be considered for this role.

· Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher (including level 2 English/GCSE if qualified post 2014)

· Have experience working with children.

· Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities

· Provide exceptional customer service.
