Role: Level 2 Teaching Assistant with SEND Experience

Location: Liverpool

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant with a Level 2 qualification and some experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We are looking for someone to join our team at a SEND School based in Liverpool. The school supports children from the age of 3 to 19 years old.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the educational and social development of students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Provide support to children within the classroom and in small intervention groups.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff and other professionals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Have experience working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs.
  • Comfortable working 1:1 and in small groups with SEND students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
