Job Title: LEV Service Engineer.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £30k - £38k + Training + Benefits
A longstanding Clean Air / LEV Company who have a leading presence in the North West are now looking to recruit an LEV Service Engineer to join their dedicated team. You will be covering Educational, Industrial, Food & Beverage and Construction sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 258 guidelines. This role would suit a candidate who is looking to join a forward-thinking company, who can offer training and support into management positions. They can also offer company pension scheme, generous commission scheme for service / repair work, and generous holiday allowance.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Warrington, Liverpool, Macclesfield, Chester, Crew, Buxton, Bury, Blackburn, St Helens, Burnley, Preston, Bolton, Wigan, Huddersfield, Lancaster, Birkenhead, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Wakefield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Shrewsbury, Telford, Lichfield, Coalville, Burton-upon-Trent.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the BOHS P601.
" Will come from a Clean Air / LEV company and will have extensive experience working on a varied site base.
" Will have excellent knowledge of HSG 258 guidelines.
" Good IT skills.
" Will be always professional and courteous.
The Role:
" Carrying out Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing across Educational, Industrial, Food & Beverage and Construction sites.
" Conducting validation and maintenance works.
" Installing, servicing, and testing of dust and fume extraction systems.
" Carrying out servicing and repairs across all LEV systems.
" Carrying out class 1-3 fume cupboard examinations.
" Conducting emissions testing.
" Conducting site visits in line with client needs.
" Upselling products to new and existing clients.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety regulations.
" Providing detailed technical reports for clients.
