Lettings Valuer

Clearview Recruitment are pleased to be working with our client, a progressive independent agency who go from strength to strength. We are looking to hire an Experienced Lettings Valuer to join their well-established team.

About the Role:
As a Lettings Valuer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining client relationships to generate new and repeat business. Utilising your market knowledge, you'll advise landlords on rental values and property presentation to make their properties stand out. Your role is dynamic, encompassing business generation, client meetings, and market research.

Lettigns Valuer Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Achieve individual and team targets and KPIs
• Develop fee structures, sales products, and services
• Provide expert advice to clients, landlords, and tenants
• Generate leads, manage a pipeline, and convert leads to instructions
• Conduct property valuations and market properties effectively
• Maximise income by agreeing on competitive fees
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clientele
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to landlords
• List targeted number of properties and support landlords in letting their properties
• Embrace new technologies and systems to add value to the business

Lettings Valuer Skills:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Well-organised and highly driven
• Strong IT proficiency
• High-level written and verbal communication
• Proven ability in relationship building and rapport

What's on Offer:

• Salary between £30,000 - £31,000 with a realistic OTE of £40,000
