This market-leading independent agency is dedicated to providing exceptional service across all areas of the business. Due to consistent success this business is looking to grow once again, and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Valuer to join their Kentish Town team.

The Lettings Valuer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, providing expert advice to landlords, and securing new business opportunities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone that is looking to progress and take their career further and further forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals to determine accurate rental values.
• Provide landlords with expert advice on market conditions, rental trends, and property improvements to maximise rental income.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of new lettings agreements.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record winning business.
• Strong knowledge of local property market trends and rental regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in property valuation and lettings.

Package and Benefits:

• Up to £33,500 basic salary + £60,000 OTE.
