Due to increased business levels and a drive to expand their area, they are now looking for a driven, motivated, well organised and knowledgeable Lettings property professional. Working as an integral part of a high performing team dealing with all aspects of looking after clients throughout the letting process. This role will include answering and dealing with enquiries, ensuring proper processes and protocols are followed to provide a high level of customer service and carrying out letting’s property valuations.

Their perfect person on paper will have up to date lettings legislation knowledge, local area expertise and be somebody who can bring in business and Landlords to further increase their portfolio.

Ideally a candidate who has been established within Peterborough and who will be self driven and have good links with landlords via corporate or independent background.

THERE IS ALSO POTENTIAL FOR CAREER PROGRESSION SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT PERSON PROVING THEIR WORTH.

The role will be varied. Previous experience is a must for this role as knowledge of the lettings legislation is essential along with the right attitude and good interpersonal skills.

This is a role for a driven candidate with a proven track record in looking for business and converting lettings valuations into instructions to grow the already thriving portfolio.

A generous salary and commission is being offered dependent on experience, along with car allowance and PARKING!
