Lettings Property Manager - Nottingham - £25k basic plus bonus £28k package

My client is a leading and award winning, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for several years. Due to an ever increasing growth within their Lettings department they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team.

Main Duties for the Property Manager to include:

  • Conducting mid term property inspections and completing post-inspection electronic reports.
  • End of tenancy checkout inspections at properties, including arranging any property works after and liaising with landlord and tenant.
  • Creating inventories before tenancy commencement and ensuring properties are ready for occupancy.
  • Handling repairs/maintenance
  • Advising landlords regarding repairs, property repairs and improvements.
  • Ensuring properties compliance is met.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Lettings experience
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Articulate
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driving licence and car - Parking provided

Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm and one in four Saturdays 9am - 12pm
