Lettings Officer

We have an opportunity for a Lettings Officer to join our team on a full time fixed term basis until August 2025.

You'll be working from home, with the team in our Greenham or Basingstoke Offices or out covering our lettings properties across North Hampshire.

The starting salary will be £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

The role

As a Lettings Officer you will be providing an effective and positive experience for customers moving in and out of our homes. You will be performing end of tenancy inspections on our properties, contacting potential new tenants and carrying out tenancy assessments, conducting viewings, making final offers and supporting referrals.

You will support our customers giving them appropriate advice and information to help them to move and sustain their tenancies in collaboration with the wider team. This is a role where you will be part of our customers end to end journey.

• A strong customer focus
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work with end to end processes
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload 
• A knowledge of lettings or housing experience
