Basic £20,000 - £22,000 up to £35,000 OTE and car allowance

Our client based on a busy high street in West Drayton are looking for 2 Lettings Negotiators to join their friendly team. Are you forward thinking and have the drive to succeed then this could be the position for you. An exciting chance to develop and bring your own ideas and experience to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings and letting properties
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.

About You:

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
• A strong customer focus.
• Desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude.
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
• Full UK driving licence & Own vehicle
