Lettings Negotiator

Salary - £20,000, OTE £45,000

Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm, ½ day off when Saturday worked.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Ideal candidates will be on the ball and experienced within the Property Industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1 years in a sales position
• Self-driven with a can- do attitude
• Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
• Interest in property
• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
• Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
• Well organised
• A natural Negotiator
• Own Vehicle & full UK Driving Licence
