Lettings Negotiator

An exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly Jewellery Quarter based letting agency, in a lettings negotiator role. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with new enquiries, assessing suitability, carrying out viewings and guiding applicants through the referencing and move in process.

The role will be combined with other administrative tasks for example, the renewal of tenancies, maintenance queries and the check in/check out process.

Ideally, candidates will have experience of working in the lettings industry, be confident, professional and show initiative.

The role is based on a 5 day week, 9am - 5:30pm. Occasional Saturday (maximum 2 per month, with a day off during the week).

Applicants must have own vehicle with suitable insurance. Business mileage and parking expenses covered.

Basic salary £23,000 per annum. OTE £27,000 per annum

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computer software for data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay on top of basic salary

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
