Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our clients dynamic team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions, maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, and contributing to the overall success of the lettings team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating rental agreements, terms, and conditions that are mutually beneficial for both landlords and tenants.
• Managing client relationships effectively, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the letting process.
• Utilising your local knowledge to advise clients on market trends, rental values, and investment opportunities.
• Generating leads through proactive networking, marketing initiatives, and referrals.
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator within the property industry, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of the local property market, including rental values, demand trends, and regulatory requirements.
• A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for property viewings.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
• A passion for the property industry and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as ARLA (desirable but not essential).
