Lettings Negotiator

Do you have a passion for both property and exceptional customer service? We're looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our rapidly expanding team, and the successful applicant will operate out of our Tameside-based offices in Manchester.

Working on a part-time basis for our lettings department, your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to online and telephone enquiries, booking and conducting property viewings, processing tenancy applications and liaising with both tenants and landlords on a daily basis.

The successful applicant will hold a full driving licence and have access to their own car.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain a good understanding of the property market and in particular lettings related legislation

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in estate agency
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings (Essential)

Job Type:

• Part-time (15 hours per week)
