Our client, a hugely successful independent agency covering most of London are looking for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Established for over 60 years with an excellent customer service that ensures their clients keep coming back. Offering training with full support to help you thrive and grow within the business.

Your experience in the industry will tell you that most days you will be:

• Conducting viewings and letting properties
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business

About You:

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
• A strong customer focus
• Desire to meet and exceed targets
• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
• Full UK driving licence

Excellent Benefits:

• Basic Salary
• 8-10% personal commission after probationary period £28k OTE
• Company phone
• 20 days holiday Annual leave
• Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5.30pm
• Every other Saturday
