Lettings Negotiator - Surbiton

Basic Salary £20,000 - £22,000 plus commission & Car Allowance

Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 6:30pm

Friday 8:45am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 5pm

Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work within their branch in the heart of Surbiton’s town centre. A leading agency within the area helping people buy and sell for over 100yrs.

About the Role:

• Promoting properties.
• Meeting with potential tenants, working out what their exact needs and requirements are and building rapport.
• Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants.
• Meeting with landlords and other parties involved in the rental.
• Dealing with clients and potential clients via email, telephone or in person
• Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants
• Arranging tenancy agreements.
• Keeping administrative systems up to date & adhering to all legal guidelines
• Meeting sales targets.

About you:

• Strong literacy, IT and numeracy skills
• Professional with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Flexibility & Reliability
• Honesty & Integrity
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• A positive, motivated approach to work
• The ability to manage well under pressure
• Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle.
