Lettings Negotiator Needed for Prestigious Real Estate Agency in Central London

Key Requirements:

Ideally 2 years worth of experience.
Ideally experience within the London market.
Drivers License.
Ideally ARLA level 3 or equivalent.
Experience using Goodlord is desirable.

Role Overview:

Engage with prospective tenants and assist them in finding suitable rental properties.
Conduct property viewings, answering client questions, and providing information about the properties.
Facilitate lease negotiations between tenants and property owners.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market and property listings.
Prepare and review rental agreements and associated documents.
Ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process, including background checks and reference verification.

The ideal candidate would be someone with has industry experience who is money driven and looking progress within the company.
