Salary - £22,000, OTE £45,000 + Car allowance

Hours - 5-day week - Monday -Thursday 9-7pm (rotated-6pm) Fri-6pm, Sat 9.30am-4pm day off in lieu if Saturday worked.

Our client one of North London’s longest established independently owned estate agencies is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join them in their busy Muswell Hill office. Offering a fantastic commission structure within a friendly and motivated team. You will be required to promote the client in a positive way, be responsive and proactive in your daily tasks. They are ready to give you the tools to succeed within this fantastic agency.

• A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
• Local area knowledge
• A full driving licence
