Role: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Acton (West London)

Salary: £30,000 (Pro Rata for first 3 months, then basic drops to £23,000) OTE £50k+

Working hours: Monday to Friday with Alternative Saturdays

Senior Lettings Negotiator Job Details

My client are a market leading agent looking to take on a new Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office in Acton/Hammersmith.

As the Lettings Negotiator, You will play a fundamental role in developing future growth and providing vision, direction and leadership through your actions.

You will be required to build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords with an emphasis on client care and agreed lets through consultation. Our Client has built a business through referrals and recommendations, so it is paramount that the client would want to do business with us again in the future, so you are our brand ambassador. These relationships are built on trust, transparency and absolute integrity.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and doing viewings
  • Overseeing the daily operations of Lettings department
  • Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation
  • Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
  • Offering great customer service over phone and in person
  • Achieving personal and branch targets
  • Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 years of experience within Lettings
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential lettings
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • A valid UK driving license and Car (Essential)
