Do you have a driving license and your own vehicle and have easy access to Clapham and Wimbledon?

My client is seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator with a hunger for seizing opportunities and closing deals. The ability to communicate well and build rapport with London-based professionals from various salary brackets is absolutely essential.

Working hours:

  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays is also very important in this particular market
  • A large part of the role is outcome-focused meaning that there will be some flexibility for later starts and time off in lieu during the week to compensate for this

Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:

  • Basic salary of up to £22,500
  • Realistic OTE £45,000 (1st year)

To be considered for the role of Lettings Negotiator you must have the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 month experience within lettings ideally
  • The individual that we are looking for needs to be articulate, dynamic and well presented.
  • Target driven and motivated
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
  • Easy access to Clapham, Wimbledon and the surrounding areas by car, on a daily basis, is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building with London based professionals from various salary brackets is absolutely essential

Key responsibilities:

  • Registering applicants
  • Matching applicants to suitable accommodation
  • Booking viewings and arranging access
  • Managing your own diary.
  • Securing offers for prospective tenancies
  • Working effectively to meet KPI’s and reach agreed targets
  • Processing the referencing and tenancy
