Lettings Negotiator

I'm thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity within a Super Prime Lettings team, based in Knightsbridge. We are currently searching for a Lettings Negotiator at Associate or Partner level, specialising in the Prime Central London market. This rare and exciting role offers the chance to work with some of London's most exclusive properties and contribute to the continued success of a market-leading team.

Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:

• Achieve a minimum annual target of £1 million in new business, demonstrating adeptness in meeting and exceeding goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Ultra High Net Worth individuals, leveraging a significant track record in this area.
• Secure instructions for high-quality properties in sufficient quantity to meet business targets.
• Independently negotiate leases for London’s most valuable properties, finding suitable tenants and driving successful outcomes.
• Maintain a professional and prominent presence within the Prime Central London/UHNW community, identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.

As an Associate you will receive the following:

• £50,000 Basic Salary
• Car Allowance
• £100,000 + OTE

Required Experience:

• Ideally, possess 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and articulate communication skills.
• Proven sales/lettings and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional performance in both scenarios.
