Our client a leading independent family-run company is currently on the lookout for a Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team based East of Cambridge.

This role will be varied however office-based with full support from the team and the Directors of the business!

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic salary circa £24,000
  • Saturdays are paid as overtime

Working days:

  • Monday to Friday
  • At least one Saturday per month

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • UK driving license
  • At least 12 months experience in Lettings
  • Local knowledge would be helpful
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed and progress
  • Outstanding customer service with great rapport-building skills
  • Hard-working with a determination to exceed targets

Lettings Negotiators duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers and answering incoming calls and queries
  • Booking valuations
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals
  • General admin duties
