Location: London Bridge, SE1

Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants a career in Residential Lettings as a Lettings Negotiator.

My client is a successful independent, dynamic agency based in London Bridge, that prides themselves on the first-class service they deliver. They are currenting seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property sector. This role offers a generous commission along with a car allowance with fantastic training provided too. Previous experience in residential lettings, or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:

• At least 12 months’ experience in Estate Agency
• Lettings experience essential
• High level of customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Well-spoken and articulate
• Local knowledge of the London Bridge area preferred
• Driving license and own car essential
