JOB TITLE: Lettings Negotiator

LOCATION: Hyde Park

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 or 6.00 pm

LESS SATURDAYS: (1 in 2 Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm)

BASIC SALARY: £19,000 - £23,000 (enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits, travel allowance) COMMISSION ALSO PAID ON ALL YOUR RENEWALS EVERY YEAR

CAR ALLOWANCE: £250 OR £300 PER MONTH

Our client, a market leading Independent agent with over 20 London offices seeks a Superstar Lettings negotiator for the Hyde Park office. You'll being joining a company that have a vision to be London's best Lettings agent and with that they have a reputation of being fierce competition within the lettings space.

Previous lettings experience isn't required but a winning mentality is a must. You must have your own car and driving license. The salary and commission structure is unrivalled in comparison to competitors. If you're looking to work hard and play hard this is the opportunity for you.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Registering interest and arranging viewings

• Providing a first-class customer service to both landlords and applicants

• Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly and going the extra mile

• Managing the offer process from start to finish

• Demonstrate a successful track record in achieving and exceeding targets

• Speaking to Clients and proving them with regular updates

• Assisting management

• Maximising revenue
