Lettings Negotiator

Our clients are offering a great opportunity to join their successful team in the Leeds area. They are looking to employ someone with experience in property with knowledge of the local area as a Lettings Negotiator.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis
Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- Up to £24,000 basic salary DOE
- Up to £26,000 OTE
- Ongoing training & support
- Career progression
- Use of pool car for viewings

To be considered for the role of Lettings Negotiator, you must have the following:
- A Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Experience working as a Letting Negotiator with a strong proven track record
- Excellent customer service, administration & communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Full driving licence
- Career minded approach
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Greeting customers and answering incoming calls and queries
- Booking valuations
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Dealing with general enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Matching ideal tenants to each property
- Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals
