Clearview Recruitment are thrilled to be working with our client, a leading independent Sales & Lettings agency in Bath. We are looking for a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team. If you are looking to get into lettings or even have ready experience, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accompanied viewings to showcase rental properties to potential tenants.
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.
  • Provide insightful feedback to landlords to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate end-of-tenancy checks and negotiate deposit settlements.
  • Gather necessary tenant documentation for referencing purposes.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Confident team player with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the property industry.
  • Full U.K. driving licence with access to a car.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per year (dependent on experience) plus target-based commission OTE £32,000 - £36,000
