Lettings Negotiator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join an Award-Winning Independent firm in the Yeovil area with a basic salary up to £30,000.

We are really seeking an experienced candidate with an excellent attitude and willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into the role as part of a happy team with very low staff turnover. We would require anything from one years experience to up to managerial level without having the stress of managing an office.

Key Activities

• Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
• Deal with telephone and internet inquiries
• Booking and carrying out valuations
• Conduct viewings of properties for rent
• Administer contract paperwork in relation to rental properties
• Update window displays and website
• Compose marketing literature
• Recording and reporting of maintenance issues
• Undertake direct marketing
• Update social media sites
• Provide office cover when required
• Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will

• Have at least one years experience in lettings and property management
• Hold a full UK driving license and have access to own car
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Word

Highly competitive salary depending on experience but from £24,000 for one years experience to £30,000 up to senior / managerial level. Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and one in three Saturdays 9-1pm.
