LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Plumstead, SE18

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic, and conscientious Lettings Negotiator to forge a career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in Plumstead.

If you are looking for a new position with a well-known brand that has an excellent client base and strong local presence, then this could be the position for you.

Preferably you will have some experience in residential lettings and ideally come from a sales/customer service background.

Familiarity with the local area would be helpful. You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals, be a confident team player. You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants, and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Some experience in Residential Lettings beneficial
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • An exemplary telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Plumstead area helpful
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
