Lettings Negotiator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Cardiff.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.
Lettings Negotiator – Benefits
- A basic salary of £21,500 - £24,000 DOE plus commission
- Up to approx £29,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Company pension
- Parking provided
Lettings Negotiator – Duties
- To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times
- Pre-qualifying applicants and arranging viewings
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants
- Processing tenant references and right to rent checks
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
- Sales/ Customer Service experience
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
