Lettings Viewing Assistant Role:

We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Viewing Assistant to join our team.

This customer-facing role involves meeting potential tenants at properties, guiding them through viewings, answering basic questions, and providing feedback to our agents.

This position will include Saturdays with flexibility for days off during the week.

Further responsibilities will include actioning Rightmove Enquiries and booking viewings for prospective clients.

Conduct property viewings, providing a friendly and informative experience for potential tenants. - Answer basic questions about the property and relay more complex queries to the team in the office.

Collect and drop off keys from the office as required. - Provide feedback to the Landlord following viewings.

Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A customer-focused approach and a friendly demeanor.

Reliable, with the ability to work independently.

Full clean driving license.
