Our client is an independent, owner-run estate agency with over 40 years of experience in the Chiswick market. Personal attributes:

• At least 6 months experience within residential lettings
• Educated to degree level would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be confident and well presented
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Must be able to work in a pressured environment
• Work well in a team as well as independently
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages
• Must have a full UK driving licence.

The salary will include a basic of up to £20,000, plus commission enabling you to earn £30,000 to £40,000. You will also be provided with a car allowance. Benefits include 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, mobile phone and discretionary Propertymark courses.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays.
