Lettings Negotiator - Regents Park

Founded in 1985, our client quickly gained an excellent reputation as the estate agents in North West London and Central London with the best local contacts, area expertise, and all round market knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily management of tenants and actively searching for new properties
  • Arranging, booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers and ensuring the best outcome is agreed for the client
  • Relationship building with tenants and clients
  • Managing the tenancy process and assisting the office manager with progression
  • Achieving monthly and yearly targets

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Self-motivation and a pro-active attitude
  • The capability of working effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • No previous agency experiences necessary
  • Full driving license not essential but preferred

Hours of work -

  • Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
