LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / PROPERTY MANAGER.

A Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager is now required for a well established independent Estate Agent which has been in business for over 25 years. The company offers high quality marketing with a professional and friendly manner.

Market-leaders in residential lettings, property management and sales, the company are now seeking to appoint a residential Lettings/Property Manager to join their team. Knowledge/experience in lettings is essential, experience in property sales would be advantageous.

They provide a comprehensive range of services and enjoy an excellent reputation in property management

Some Essential criteria;

• A minimum of 2 years experience
• Attend viewings
• Tenancy Agreements
• Dealing with Enquiries
• Inventories
• Liaise with Landlords/Tenants
• Invoices
• Compliant with current legislation

The right candidate will posses these skills and in return will also receive commission and have the benefit of on-site parking.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-4pm with a day off in lieu
