Lettings Negotiator - Notting Hill

Dove & Hawk have been instructed by a Global Property firm to assist in their search for an experienced Lettings Negotiator in a great location in Prime Central London.

The business has a reputation for providing high class service in a high value location. They have a great portfolio, and the business is going through an upwards growth phase, resulting in HUGE opportunities for negotiators to progress their careers into middle management and upwards.

Person Profile:

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• High energy and enthusiastic
• Driven and financially motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary Package:

• £22,000-£27,000 basic salary per annum
• £300.00 Travel Allowance per month
• £60-£70K OTE

Hours- Monday to Friday 8:30-18:30, Saturdays 10-4pm 1 in 3
