AMR are working with a leading estate agent to recruit for an experienced residential Lettings Negotiator in Hitchin. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing & confident personality with a proven track record in estate agency, be ambitious and keen to succeed and develop a career.

Key duties & responsibilities:
Meet and register new applicants.
Organising and conducting viewings.
Ensuring landlords and applicants are kept in the loop of the lettings process from beginning to end.
Negotiating offers successfully.

Preferred Skills:
Experience within a residential lettings negotiator role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident telephone skills.
Empathy with both applicant and landlord requirements.
Strong rapport building and networking skills.
Drive to go above and beyond to make sure the client has the best possible service.
