Salary: £30,000 (OTE £45,000)
Location: Central London
Currently working in a lettings negotiator position and looking for a change of scenery?
I am working with one of London's leading BTR providers, who are seeking an ambitious and driven individual, who would be interested in progressing within the build-to-rent sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience at a very highly-regarded organisation, and to work in one of the most highly-invested into sectors in the property world.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings and negotiations.
- Ensure proper marketing materials are in leasing and amenity areas.
- Run daily leasing reports.
- Attend morning lettings meetings.
- Release apartments online per manager's instructions.
- Coordinate with manager for diverse property displays.
- Verify property details and photos before online release.
- Upload property photos and descriptions.
- Apply incentives accurately.
- Audit and optimize property portal ads.
- Assist with applicant inquiries and offers.
- Group applicants and manage referencing expectations.
- Conduct right to rent checks.
- Monitor applicant and viewing notes.
- Ensure compliance with document standards.
- Promptly report property issues.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday (with very occasional Saturday work, for which you would receive TOIL).
The successful individual will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and successful rental transactions, ensuring satisfaction for all tenants, while adhering to legal and regulatory standards in the property rental sector.
