This is a very exciting time to join the company, as in the coming months the business embarks on the next chapter of its growth story with a rapidly expanding strategy into the institutional Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors. To support this, they are looking to expand their Lettings team to help strengthen their award-winning service; and this is where you come in!

Personal specification:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience at a London estate agency
• Experience within Build to Rent - preferred
• Superb customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Full UK driving licence.

The package on offer for this role will include a basic salary of £20,000, plus realistic on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £50,000. The company offers excellent scope for career progression.
