Position: Senior Lettings Manager Location: Woking
Salary £30,000 - £35,000k Basic OTE £60-70k
Join an award-winning independent estate agency as Lettings Manager for their successful Woking Branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and renowned agency, with a structured career path up to regional management level.

Responsibilities:
·Establish the largest active market share among agents in the area
·Maximise revenues and expand the property register as the primary instruction taker for the branch
·Cultivate exceptional client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
·Optimise branch profit, achieving all financial targets
·Lead team performance through regular evaluations, reviews, and morning meetings
·Drive results through effective team management, action planning, and plan execution

Ideal Candidate:
·Prior experience in lettings at a senior level is essential
·Target-driven and tenacious with a track record of proven achievements
·Proficient in team management, fostering effectiveness within a team
·Motivated and consistently enthusiastic
·Upholds high service and presentation standards
·Strong organisational skills and innovative market growth strategies
·Must possess a car, full driving license
·Legal right to work in the UK
