Location: Worcester Park

Salary: Salary: £25,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year OTE £65k+

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 18:00pm - Alternative Saturdays

Job Details

As the Lettings Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of, including property Lettings, valuations, and bringing on new landlords and registering new applicants.

Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing the daily operations of Lettings department.
Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation.
Securing new business opportunities.
Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants.
Offering great customer service over phone and in person.
Achieving personal and branch targets.
Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator/manager level
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
A valid UK driving license
