Excellent opportunity to join an agent where you will be expected to develop and grow a lettings department. You must be able to think outside of the box and bring new ideas to drive the business forward.


Lettings Manager:

• Manage and develop the lettings department

• Finessing the existing processes to ensure that instruction - marketing - letting - tenancy start date is a smooth, quick transition.

• Ensuring monthly let & income targets are consistently hit
• Attending valuations and delivering new instructions
• Managing the "Properties To Market" and "Properties On The Market" systems to ensure your team are consistently performing.
• Carrying out monthly 1-2-1s with your team, flagging areas to improve and setting monthly targets
• Ensuring your team are consistently communicating with clients
• Coordinating weekly/daily meetings with your team
• Increase management portfolio through organic instructions

• A comprehensive understanding on the rental market in the UK, particularly in Leeds
• Great phone manner

• Oversee renewal agreements & rental increases
• Ensuring legal compliance is met on the front of lettings side, through all updated documentation.
